How to Measure

Like all accessories, at the most basic level, hats can be categorized by Small, Medium, Large, and Extra-Large. But unlike a beanie or a baseball cap, D69’s have several sizes between the basics. As long as you’re in the ballpark of your hat size - like a little smaller or a little bigger; a little looser or a little tighter - you’re, well, in the ballpark and on your way to ordering your “forever” hat. 


The easiest way to figure out your hat size is to go to a hat store and try on a bunch of hats and ask what size the one that feels right to you is. That’s the easiest. In the US, the best place to do that is Boot Barn. They usually have all the sizes, and inside the hats you’ll be able to get the exact number hat size that is right for you. 

The second easiest, but easiest to get wrong is to grab a cloth measuring tape and wrap it around your head, above the ears, where a hat would sit. Usually that number is between 24 and 27 inches on most heads. That’s the number you’re looking for. LINK: Order here:
